End-to-end, translated audio can reach a listener's phone in as little as about six seconds after the words are spoken. The exact delay depends on how quickly the speaker talks, network conditions, and your configuration, and captions typically appear sooner than spoken audio. Optional adaptive pacing keeps the translated voice in step with the speaker as their pace changes.
